Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking. There is no minimum order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders then arrive within about 8–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. See our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at zuzskstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your pet (chest behind the front legs for harnesses, neck for collars, back length for jackets) and compare with the size chart in the product photos. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger size.

Are your toys safe for strong chewers?

Each toy's product page lists its material and who it's best for. No toy is indestructible, so supervise your pet with a new toy and replace it if it becomes damaged.
