Shipping policy

Zuzsk Store ships to addresses in the United States, and every order ships free with tracking.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). During peak periods such as holidays, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 8-12 business days after they ship. Some items ship from partner warehouses outside the US and can take longer; the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order to US addresses. There is no minimum order and no hidden fees.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at zuzskstore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
